When children enter our care, they’re often coming from a world filled with fear and hardship. Knowing they are valued, safe and not alone makes all the difference.

But how do we let them know they are not alone?

We decided to enlist your help.

We have gotten busy lining the hallways of our children's shelter with colorful individual tiles. Using technology today, we are able to affix each tile with a unique QR code that can play a message directly from you.

Our Kottage kids will have access to tablets they can use whenever they are feeling sad or lonely, to use each tile's QR code to play your video message. Imagine being a child and looking down the hallways and see lines of messages from a community that cares.

Why This Matters

Kids Kottage is a safe haven for babies and children facing crisis situations. We sheltered 594 children last year.
